Compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, Type R, Class 3 standards, this short sleeve safety vest features 2-inch silver reflective tape and bright orange contrast trim for enhanced 360° visibility in low-light, roadside, and construction settings. Yes. It meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, Type R, Class 3, the highest visibility class. Class 3 is for high risk work and higher speed traffic. It carries more reflective and background material and covers the torso plus the sleeves so you are seen from every angle.
Both are ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 visibility classes. Class 2 covers the torso. Class 3 adds visibility on the sleeves (and often the legs) with more reflective and background material. By traffic speed, Class 1 is for traffic under 25 mph, Class 2 is for traffic from 25 to 50 mph, and Class 3 is for traffic above 50 mph or work at night.
It uses Noctis 360™ reflective tape, placed for 360 degree visibility so headlights and work lights catch you from any direction. On rated styles the tape meets the ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 reflective requirements.
Yes. The AirMesh™ breathable mesh body lets air move through the vest, so it stays comfortable in heat and humidity.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with no bleach and no fabric softener, since both break down reflective tape and high visibility color. Tumble dry low is fine. Air drying is better for the reflective tape. Following this keeps the garment compliant and bright for far longer.
