Proper care is essential to maintain the safety performance, visibility, and service life of Kiwi Workwear® garments. Please follow the instructions below to help preserve fabric integrity, reflective material performance, and certification compliance.
Machine wash cold
Wash separately or with like colors
Turn garment inside out before washing to help protect reflective striping and surface treatments
Do not bleach or use chlorine-based detergents, as they may degrade fabric coatings and reflective materials
Tumble dry on low heat
Do not iron
Do not dry clean
When cared for as instructed, Kiwi Workwear® garments are designed to withstand up to 25 wash cycles without impairment to fabric structure or reflective performance.
Failure to follow the recommended care instructions may result in reduced visibility, diminished protective performance, or premature garment degradation. Excessive heat, harsh chemicals, fabric softeners, or mechanical abrasion may compromise reflective materials and coatings.
Garments should be inspected before each use for signs of wear, damage, fading, peeling reflective tape, or compromised seams. If any component shows excessive wear or no longer meets visibility or performance expectations, the garment should be removed from service.
Proper care and inspection are required to help maintain compliance with applicable safety standards, including ANSI/ISEA 107 where applicable. Kiwi Workwear® is not responsible for performance degradation resulting from improper care, misuse, or failure to follow these guidelines.
