The Kiwi Sightline is an orange Class 2 surveyor vest for crews who carry a tablet and a radio on the job.
It is compliant with ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, Type R, Class 2. That covers work near roadways or equipment where traffic moves from 25 to 50 mph. For traffic above 50 mph or work at night, you need a Class 3 garment.
The front panels are TerraWeave™ ripstop polyester, and the grid weave stops a small snag from running into a tear. The back and sides are AirMesh™ breathable polyester mesh, which keeps air moving on hot job sites and leaves room for a layer underneath when the weather cools.
Dual band Noctis 360+™ 2-inch silver reflective tape is edged with white contrast trim. It reflects 465 cd/(lx·m²) on new reflectors, well above the ANSI minimum of 330, and holds its rating through 50 washes. Two bands circle the body and stripes run over both shoulders, so headlights catch you from any direction.
A large back pocket zips open from either side and takes an iPad, plans or other gear. Up front there are two chest patch pockets and two large flap-covered lower pockets. Two grommets at the front hem hold flagging tape. A mic tab on the shoulder holds a radio mic.
The heavy-duty molded non-conductive zipper works with gloves on. Internal drawcord waist adjusters with cord locks on both sides cinch the fit. The padded mesh collar keeps your neck comfortable through a long shift. Black binding finishes every edge, and the fabric is anti-static, so it cuts down on cling and shocks.
Relaxed cut that layers over uniforms or outerwear. Sizes Small to 5XL. 100% polyester.
Not flame resistant. Do not wear it where FR or arc-rated clothing is required.

FAQ
Yes. It meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2020, Type R, Class 2. Class 2 is built for workers near roadways or equipment where traffic moves from 25 to 50 mph, like road crews, parking, surveying, and warehouse yards. For traffic above 50 mph or work at night, choose Class 3. The background fabric and reflective tape meet the Class 2 minimum areas.
Both are ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 visibility classes. Class 2 covers the torso. Class 3 adds visibility on the sleeves (and often the legs) with more reflective and background material. By traffic speed, Class 1 is for traffic under 25 mph, Class 2 is for traffic from 25 to 50 mph, and Class 3 is for traffic above 50 mph or work at night.
Five. A large back pocket zips open from either side and fits an iPad, plans or other gear. Up front there are two chest patch pockets and two large flap-covered lower pockets. A mic tab on the shoulder stripe holds a radio mic.
They hold flagging tape, so it stays within reach while you mark a site.
Yes. The back and side panels are AirMesh™ breathable mesh, so air moves through the vest. The front is TerraWeave™ ripstop, which holds up to snags and gives the pockets a solid base.
It uses dual band Noctis 360+™ reflective tape with white contrast trim, rated 465 cd/(lx·m²) on new reflectors against the ANSI/ISEA 107-2020 minimum of 330, and tested for 50 washes. Two bands circle the body and stripes run over both shoulders, so headlights and work lights catch you from any direction.
Close the hook-and-loop fasteners, then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, with no bleach and no fabric softener, since both break down reflective tape and high visibility color. Tumble dry low is fine. Air drying is better for the reflective tape. Following this keeps the garment compliant and bright for far longer.
High visibility gear is cut to layer over a base layer or shirt. Order your normal size for a standard fit, or size up one if you plan to wear it over a hoodie or jacket. The inside waist drawcord lets you take in extra room. Full measurements are on this page.
